COVID-19 Current Protocols:

We will confirm that you have no COVID-19 symptoms: fever, sore throat, cough, etc.

Any patients arriving with any COVID-19 symptoms will be dismissed/rescheduled.

All patients are required to wear a mask/face covering when entering the office.

Please only take off your mask/face cover when in the dental chair.

Meet Akanksha Joshi
Akanksha Joshi was a licensed general dentist in India. She moved to the States and pursued an Advanced dental program in the US and has been serving the local community for over 7 years now. Dr. Joshi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia with Community Honors that involved providing 240 hours of dental care to the underserved community after school hours every week in addition to the curriculum.
She provides quality dental care focusing on a prevention-based approach. Dr. Joshi is very detail oriented and treats her patients with compassion and respect. She practices all phases of dentistry in a friendly, caring environment with an ultimate goal of patient comfort.
She truly believes dentistry is a unique mix of science, engineering and art. She is caring and most importantly gentle. She works very closely with her patients and staff to provide excellent care while integrating advanced technology at the office. Dr Joshi enjoys cosmetic and implant dentistry. She keeps up with the latest continuing education in dentistry to provide the best care.
Her motto in life is simple: "Do what you love. Love what you do”
Dr. Joshi resides in Olney with her husband Tapan, who is an aerospace engineer and their toddler Arnick who keeps them on their toes. Being a mother herself, she welcomes families and loves seeing kids at the office. Outside of dentistry she loves to travel, sketch, walk and cook.
